Nikon & Canon say it can't be done. Technically speaking, stroboscopic photography can only be done in the dark of evening without any bright lights influencing the subject. I have, however, used my stroboscopic technics and created the impossible. Images 13-15,17,19,21,22,24, & 27 were shot not only in broad daylight but with sun streaming in upon them.
